I build end-to-end AI-powered systems, not just websites.

My work combines product design, full-stack development, infrastructure, and automation to create digital assets that generate traffic, convert users, and run with minimal manual input.

Over the past year, I've moved from traditional web design into shipping complete agent-driven products — from onboarding flows and dashboards to containerised deployments, API integrations, approval pipelines, and autonomous content/outreach systems.

I'm especially focused on building practical AI operations for real businesses: systems that are scalable, monitored, and designed with clear guardrails so automation stays useful, reliable, and human-aligned.

Most of what I build is designed to either:

Arcalium OS

Arcalium OS — Gaming-First Linux Desktop for NVIDIA PCs

  • Built a gaming-first Linux desktop OS that takes NVIDIA PC users from USB install to play without a setup spiral
  • Designed a visual Control Centre for GPU setup, Flathub app installs, gaming tools, updates, and recovery — no terminal required
  • Engineered atomic bootc / ostree deployments with guided updates, password confirmation, and one-reboot rollback if something goes wrong
  • Added optional on-device AI (Ollama) for diagnostics and system help, with allowlisted tools and no silent privileged changes
  • Stack: Bazzite NVIDIA-open · Fedora Atomic / bootc · KDE Plasma on Wayland · Flathub (Steam, Heroic, Proton-GE) · Cosign-signed images

Goal: Make Linux gaming accessible to NVIDIA PC owners without forcing them to become Linux veterans first.

AgentForge

AgentForge — Managed AI Agent Hosting Platform

  • Built a managed platform that gives each customer a fully autonomous AI operator, not just a chatbot
  • Designed onboarding to remove technical friction around Docker, VPS setup, API keys, security, and uptime
  • Stack: Vercel, Node.js/Express, Docker, Firebase, Stripe, OpenRouter, Cloudflare, and Resend
  • Built full product end to end: landing page, onboarding wizard, customer dashboard, admin panel, orchestrator API, and billing
  • Engineered isolated per-customer Docker containers with hardened networking, healthchecks, and startup config injection

Goal: Make autonomous AI operations accessible to non-technical businesses without requiring server management.

Agent Kaal

Agent Kaal — AI Agent Facebook Page

  • Built a fully autonomous Facebook page where all content is generated by an AI operator with zero manual writing
  • Runs two scheduled daily crons (10am and 4pm) that produce either first-person diary posts or animated mathematical art
  • Implemented frame-by-frame Python art generation and ffmpeg video compilation into short 5-second visual posts
  • Added approval gating so every draft is reviewed by a human before publishing, with duplicate prevention via post history tracking
  • Integrated Facebook Graph API posting flow with long-lived page tokens and permission-scoped access control

Goal: Operate a consistent AI-native social presence that blends reflective storytelling with programmatic visual art.

AgentForge Reddit Bot

AgentForge Reddit Bot — Community Listening & Engagement

  • Built a Reddit monitoring bot that scans 22 subreddits for users struggling with AI agent hosting, deployment, and infrastructure issues
  • Implemented keyword-based relevance filtering to identify real automation pain points across AI, SaaS, devops, startup, and small business communities
  • Integrated LLM-powered reply drafting with strict guardrails: helpful context-first answers, max 4 sentences, casual tone, no product pitch
  • Created an approval dashboard (Express on localhost) so every reply is reviewed, edited, rejected, or copied before posting
  • Added hard safety controls: max 5 replies per day, 1 per subreddit, 20-minute cooldowns, plus duplicate detection and low-value post filtering

Goal: Build trust and visibility by showing up with useful answers where people already ask for help.

Kaal Services

Kaal Services — AI Chatbot for Service Businesses

  • Built an AI receptionist chatbot for UK service businesses that handles enquiries, captures lead details, and notifies owners in real time
  • Designed a structured 4 to 5 message flow to qualify intent, collect contact details, and confirm next steps with conversational responses
  • Implemented LLM lead extraction on every chat to reliably separate names, locations, and job context before storage and notification
  • Integrated full business ops stack: Firestore + Google Sheets lead sync, Twilio SMS alerts, Stripe billing lifecycle, and client configuration dashboard
  • Production-tested with real enquiries and improved extraction quality to 100% after moving conversation understanding from MiMo to Gemini

Goal: Give service businesses a reliable, always-on lead capture system even when they are too busy to answer calls.

Goal: Generate consistent client revenue and transition into a semi-automated agency model.

Etsy Automation System

Etsy Digital Product Store (AI Art Workflow)

  • Built an automated Etsy order flow that routes new orders and customer messages directly into Telegram
  • Added a first approval gate in Telegram to authorise artwork generation with customised prompts per customer order
  • Implemented a second approval gate with final artwork preview before release, with approve/reject actions on mobile
  • Automated customer delivery so once approved, the final artwork is emailed instantly without manual handling
  • Designed the full workflow for phone-first operations, enabling fulfilment and quality control on the go
  • Deployed and ran the full automation stack on a private home server that I built and configured end to end

I'm building an ecosystem of managed AI agent systems that can run real business operations — from infrastructure and deployment to content, outreach, and customer workflows.

The long-term goal is a portfolio of interoperable agent products and distribution channels, each designed with clear guardrails, human approval loops, and compounding automation across traffic, trust, and revenue.

As a Reiki Master and Kundalini Reiki Master, he has spent years exploring personal development, supporting individuals through periods of stress and life transition with a focus on energetic balance and clarity.

This unique perspective informs the systems he builds—particularly those aimed at helping people improve their wellbeing or simplify their lives through innovation and awareness.

When he steps away from screens, Andrew enjoys spending time in nature, appreciating the quiet contrast to the fast-moving world of technology. As a single father of three, family life remains central—whether that's being outdoors together or relaxing at home, gaming and exploring virtual worlds with his kids.
